SAY POOL BAWA KE MAHMAKAH SYARIAH PULAK!!!

Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan yang mendakwa di liwat oleh DSAI akan membawa kes ini ke Mahkamah Syariah Kuala Lumpur memandangkan keputusan yang diumumkan oleh Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur sebentar tadi menyatakan  bahawa kes tersebut kekurangan bukti dan DNA serta oral lisan tidak boleh dijadikan bahan pendakwaan. Justeru, maka pihak pendakwa (Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan) tidak perlu buat rayuan dimahkamah civil sebaliknya membawa kes ini ke Mahkamah Syariah




Kuala Lumpur - The High Court on Monday acquitted Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim of the charge of sodomising his former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.



Justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah said that after going through the evidence, the court could not be 100% certain the integrity of the DNA samples was not compromised.


“I find that it’s not safe to rely on the DNA evidence. As such, the court is left only with Saiful’s testimony.


As this is a sexual crime, the court is reluctant to convict based entirely on Saiful’s testimony, which is uncorroborated,” he added. - THE STAR
